Jennifer Lopez debuted her latest music video “On The Floor” Wednesday night on American Idol, letting the audience choose their favorite of three alternate endings for the video.
Suitably, most of the video takes place “on the floor” and Lopez’s somewhat trite lyrical pattern punctuates each line with the song title: “If you’re a party freak then step on the floor, if you’re animal animal then tear up the floor, break the sweat on the floor, yeah we work on the floor.”
The video features Lopez doing some serious booty-shaking in a revealing glittery catsuit and regally overseeing a crowd of people getting down on the dancefloor. The song is the first single off of J Lo’s upcoming album Love? which will be released April.
