Shakira wowed a New York audience last week, and now she has a new video out for ‘Loca,’ featuring British rapper Dizzee Rascal. ‘Loca’ is the first single from Shakira’s new album ‘Sale el Sol (The Sun Comes Out),’ out Oct. 19.
