A father and son have been arrested for allegedly raping a 17-year-old girl and video taping it.

Kelly John Paris, 43, his 19-year-old son Jordan and a friend called Sage Lewis, 19, of Chicago are accused of raping the girl in Kelly Paris’ home on June 29.

All three face first degree sexual conduct charges and if convicted, could face up to life in prison.

The victim, who is believed to be an acquaintance of the suspects, was passed out at the time of the alleged assaults.

Kelly Paris, of Holland, Michigan, faces further charges of using a computer to commit a crime as well as child abuse.

Despite the serious nature of the alleged offences, all the suspects have been released on bail.
