After a difficult few months following her alleged assault by ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, R&B beauty Rihanna is finally smiling again.
With a new album in the works and news she has sold 12million records worldwide, the 21-year-old is enjoying life to the full again.
Her career isn’t the only thing making her smile – Rihanna has met a new man, a Canadian rapper called Aubrey ‘Drake’ Graham.
Little Miss Suga Brtiches was spotted cuddling and kissing the hip-hop star at the Lucky Strike Lanes & Lounge along with Making It Rain On The Girl strippers in Manhattan on Monday night.
An onlooker told the New York Post: ‘She was drinking whiskey and apple juice and making out with him all night. They were really cute together.’
Drake has recently signed to Cash Money Records, which is owned by Universal – the same record label as Rihanna.
The upcoming Canadian star is the second man to be romantically linked in recent weeks to Rihanna.
Last month, she was photographed holding hands with childhood sweetheart Negus Sealy on a break in her native Barbados.
In a recent interview with Playboy magazine, Transformers actor Shia LaBeouf admitted he briefly dated Rihanna two years ago – before she started her relationship with Chris – but it quickly fizzled out.
He said: ‘It never got beyond one date. The spark wasn’t there. We weren’t passionate about each other in that way, so we remain friends.’
Clearly getting her life back on track following a dramatic few months, Rihanna looked ecstatic as she joined record producer Antonio ‘L.A. Reid at a party last night to celebrate her 12million record sales worldwide.
The singer was her usual flamboyant self in a $1,200 pair of Alexander Wang skin-tight leather trousers and a multi-coloured cropped jacket over a black bra.
The fashion-conscious star gave her 5’8″ frame an added boost with her cropped hair styled vertically.
She smiled modestly as Antonio praised her achievements, which has seen her sell 12million copies of her three albums Music Of The Sun (2005), A Girl Like Me (2006) and Good Girl Gone Bad (2007) and singles. So stay tune for the next chapter of RiRi getting her grove back, as the saga continues.
