How did you get started in modeling?
Sierra Starr: I joined a modeling school and a street team of girls that traveled with local artists for shows and got exposure.
Do you have any role models in the industry?
Sierra Starr: I don’t look up to anyone because I haven’t found anyone quite like me yet. But I do love Adriana Lima and Tyra Banks.
You look like a high fashion runway model, ever had any interest in being on Americas Next Top Model?
Sierra Starr: All the time. I watch the show all the time, re-runs and all. I think I’m too short for it but EVERYONE had told me to audition.
What do you think is your best physical attribute?
Sierra Starr: My neck, long, very sensual and designers love it.
How often do you work out?
Sierra2Sierra Starr: I work out weekly. I work at a gym so that’s a plus.
What are some of you current projects?
Sierra Starr: I may or may not have a movie role this year. I have two magazine features in the next month and I get online features monthly too. I’m looking into more fashion projects.
What are some of your future goals?
Sierra Starr: I’m a freelance model as of now, and I hope to find the perfect management for myself. I work hard because I do all my work.
How would you best describe your personality?
Sierra Starr: Really bubbly. I’m a goof, I love quoting movies and comedians, especially Katt Williams. I always seem to say something from him everyday.
What are some of your guilty pleasures?
Sierra Starr: If I could shop all day, I would. I love shoes. I also love baking, and eat whatever I just made by myself. I was up at 1 a.m. one time baking a cake and when it finished, I frosted it up, poured a glass of milk and ate the entire cake.
How would you rate your shoe fetish? Normal, Intermediate, or Obsessive.
Sierra Starr: I’d say intermediate. I don’t splurge on shoes. I’m a good bargain shopper. I had to be, if I wanted my big collection.
If you were an animal, what would you be and why?
Sierra Starr: A puppy, high spirited and I like to play all day.
How do you shake the haters off?
Sierra Starr: Continue to show them I’m better than them anyways. If you ignore them, it won’t bother you. They are trying to make themselves look better and feel better by trying to hate on you.
Do you have any advice for any upcoming models?
Sierra Starr: It’s all a learning process, trial and error. Just don’t fall into the stereotype, it will just knock down all the models trying to sabotage it.
