Well as they say the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree! Noah Cyrus, Miley’s 10-year-old sister, returns to the Internet in a video that shows her dancing and lip syncing to Ke$ha’s Billboard hit “TiK ToK.”

“Ain’t got a care in the world but got plenty of beer,” she mouths as she swigs a can of Red Bull. She also performs lyrics about boys trying to touch her junk, brushing her teeth with a bottle of Jack and getting shut down by the po po.

We can honestly say this is rediculous. Wildly innapropriate and her parents need to take the reigns and fast. This is a train wreck and no child should be drinking red bulls and talking about beer.
