This is the first child for Milian, 28, and the fourth for the singer-songwriter and record producer, 31, who has three children with his ex-wife, singer Nivea.

The couple who wed in September announced the pregnancy in October. Congrats!!!

Rosa Acosta started her classic ballet studies at the age of four at the Centro de la Cultura in Santiago, Dominican Republic.
